Your Business Is Different

SEO tools built for big companies can miss what matters to yours.

Large SEO platforms can bury you in charts. You're left to work out what matters to your business. That's another job on your list.

A report full of keywords doesn't know which jobs you want. Or why someone would travel to your attraction. Those details matter when you decide where to put your time.

I'll help you build an app around those details. You choose the searches and locations that matter. Add your Google data and the reports you have. Use the findings to decide what deserves your time.

Get Found by the Right Customers

Help more of the right customers find you.

See where customers find you in search. Compare the competitors appearing alongside you. I'll help you use those findings to choose your next steps. Your app runs on your computer, with a dashboard and an AI assistant.

Google Business Profile

Give nearby customers a clear picture of your business. Check that your profile details are accurate. See how relevant competitors present themselves. Add your profile's available Performance figures to the review.

Google Search Console

Find the searches that bring people to your website. See which pages get clicks. Compare periods to spot changes worth investigating.

Full Local SEO Audit

Find website and profile issues that deserve attention. Review desktop and mobile search positions. See search demand, speed, reviews and links. Check the structured data describing your pages. Use the page-by-page findings to plan specific improvements.

AI Rankings

See how sampled AI answers describe your business. Find out which competitors appear in their recommendations. Review the sources behind those answers.

Local Search Grid and Town Rankings

Know where nearby customers can see you on Maps. Check a grid around your location or the towns you serve. Spot areas where competitors appear ahead of you. Compare results collected with matching settings.

Competitor and Keyword Research

Focus on searches that match the customers you want. Compare relevant competitors. Explore keywords and links using your reports or optional fresh data.

Reviews and Reputation

See what customers say about your business. Compare ratings and review activity with relevant competitors. Find unanswered reviews that need your attention.

Evidence and Next Actions

Turn your findings into a practical work list. Keep the evidence behind each recommendation. Save your next actions so you can pick up where you left off.

Build It With Me

I'll help you build it, step by step.

  1. Prepare your setup

Follow a short checklist before the workshop. Bring a compatible computer and a suitable Codex account. Have your website address and business details ready.

  2. Customize your app

Start with working app files. Add your business context. Choose the locations, reports and searches that matter to your customers.

  3. Run your first review

Read the findings with the AI assistant. Check the supporting evidence. Save an initial analysis and a set of prioritized next actions.

You keep your customized app files and the workshop recording. Use them for later reviews as your business changes.

Who This Is For

An app for local businesses and visitor destinations.

Your customers might live down the road. Or they might travel to your attraction, venue or hotel. I'll help you build around how they search.

You don't need to write code. You'll need to install software and sign into accounts. Guided setup is included, with a preparation checklist before the session.

You can add data from your Google Business Profile and Search Console. Bring other SEO reports you have. I'll help you use those sources for your first review.

Before You Join

Questions about the workshop.

Do I need coding experience?

No. Guided setup is included. You should be comfortable installing software and signing into accounts. I'll send a short preparation checklist before the workshop.

What types of businesses is the workshop for?

Local businesses that want customers to find them in search. That includes service companies, shops, restaurants, attractions, tourism and hospitality. You can build around nearby customers and people planning a visit.

What will I keep?

Your customized starter app files, an initial analysis and prioritized next actions. You'll also have the recording to revisit. Third-party accounts and data services keep their own terms.

Can I use Claude?

Codex is the main workshop path. Claude can also work with modifications.

Will I need paid SEO tools?

You can start with free Google data and reports you have. Fresh search or AI measurements may need a paid data service. Your AI account may have its own fees and usage limits.

What if I don't have reports?

You can add data from sources you already use, including Google Business Profile and Google Search Console. I'll show you how to bring it into your app.

When is it, and what does it cost?

The next workshop's date, price and duration will be announced later. It's a live group session with a recording. Joining the waitlist takes no payment.

Will it change my website or Google profile?

The app helps review evidence and plan work. Website and profile changes need a separate decision from you. Rankings, bookings and revenue aren't guaranteed.

Where does my business information go?

Your app files live on your computer. Information you choose to send to an AI or data provider follows that service's permissions and settings. You control what you supply.
